gremolata
gremolata is a great recipe for people who like to chop.

I’m hoping your 2020 is thus far as easy as making an on-the-spot decision to substitute superfresh gremolata for nonexistent collard greens and marginal chard.

Yields1 Serving

 1 bunch fresh Italian parsley
 4 green onions
 4 cloves garlic
 zest of 1 lemon
 olive oil
 salt and pepper

Mince all the vegetables, add to a jar, cover with olive oil, and stir. Taste, and add salt and pepper as you like.

Spoon on top of soups, meats, breads, whatever.
