Join me in my downtown Grand Junction kitchen, where we’ll cook a dish together and you’ll take home the recipe, a little new knowledge, and some useful kitchen skills.

Sessions are private, casual, and fun, and require one to two hours depending on the dish we cook. Ingredients are as fresh and local as possible, organic when available, and often from my home garden. Dishes and methods are explained step-by step as we go and can be meat-based, vegetarian, or vegan and as simple or fancy as you like.

$65 per person, 3 people max, all equipment and ingredients included.

Learn to cook what you like to eat: tacos, butter pastry fruit pie, crisp fried rice, homemade masala and curry, fermented water kimchi, fruit shrubs, shepherd’s pie, egg rolls, soup, fruit roll-ups, curried pumpkin soup, fresh pasta — almost everything is on the menu.
